Over the last 15 years Ronnie has overseen the development of more than 50 student housing communities, representing more than 28,000 beds and a total development cost greater than $1 billion. The projects range in size from $10,000,000 to $105,000,000, and every project has been delivered on-time and within budget. This level of performance is unparalleled within the industry.

Mr. Macejewski holds a B.B.A. with a major in Statistics from the University of Oklahoma. He currently is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the American Planning Association.
