Scott Duckett
Executive Vice President & Chief Business Development Officer

As EVP & Chief Business Development Officer, Scott manages the new business team comprised of Acquisitions, Development, and Consulting Services and works closely with Operations staff to ensure proper delivery of services. He initiates new relationships with universities, investors, and developers and provides consulting to prospective clients. His teams of analysts conduct market analyses, project feasibility studies, due diligence, underwriting, and development consulting services. He has been involved in planning, design, and evaluation for more than 125 student housing projects.

Scott began his career as a campus information specialist and recruiter at Oregon State University prior to serving 2 years as an educator in the Peace Corps in the West Indies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Oregon State University and a Master of Science degree in Geography & Urban Planning from Portland State University.
